I ordered online using chowbus from the website. There was no one at the front working. After waiting I had to call out to get help. The worker was rude and didn’t seem to believe I had an order. They made me pull up the order to take a picture of the order details. Whole experience was bizarre and I would recommend heading down the street to the two other boba shops.

Decent enough boba/milk tea place. Drinks were incredibly sweet, even when I ordered it at 50% sugar. The straws are terrible, mine broke from being in my pocket on the walk back to the car. Service was barebones, you order at a terminal. Naturally, the machine still asks for a 20% tip for this! Around $6.5-7.5 for a medium tea here, sans any add-ons. We didn't try any baked goods, were all sold out when we went at 4ish. The can cup for the drinks were interesting, though, haven't seen that before.

Excellent service and ambience Cool and trendy cafe Self service kiosk desk available Delicious bubble tea with all variations available. The Mochinut donuts are really good. They also offer the coconut puddings that are delicious and fresh if you are looking for something lighter. The new cheesecake Bao buns are so tasty - the everything bagel flavor is a nice savory option.

Visited this newly opened milk tea place in Lakeview. Everything on the menu looked phenomenal. We tried Ube boba, Matcha boba and different mochi donuts. All were super delicious. The place was so clean and cute. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the guy who was giving away samples in front the store - he introduced all different popular items to us and told us that all their products use organic milk. Very happy that we have such a great milk tea place in the neighborhood now! Will definitely come back often to try other drinks and desserts on the menu.

Saw this place on Instagram and wanted to check it out. I’m a huge fan of popping boba and they sadly don’t offer that as an option, not a fan of jelly’s or the tapioca. I got their original lemonade topped with butterfly tea I think it was called, and it just tasted like water with a little bit of lemon. The aesthetic is great and the cheesecake buns were delicious but the employee seemed like she did not want to be there. The people who came in after us asked if they could order and she told them to just order from the kiosk. I asked her about something I had seen off of the Te Amo website (my sister really wanted their tote bundle, that comes with the tote, cup and straw) and she said ‘I have never heard of that.’ In a very uninterested tone. Just seemed like she was having a bad day. Other than that the food is good, I just wasn’t a fan of the drink I ordered.
